granny
Her smile can light up a room
Her smile can light up a room
Her presence is of grace
Her opinions are heard without one word
but by the look upon her face
Her touch is so gentle
Her heart as big as the moon
Her spirit is kindhearted
and warm as a summer’s afternoon
Her hair a river of gray
Her eyes radiant as the sun
Her time she’ll take no matter how long
until the work is done
Her kisses are so soft
Her hugs preferred from the rest
My granny is mine forever and ever
and she’ll always be the best
love you granny

monkey facts
- Whenever a monkey yawns at you, it might not only mean that it is tired. The yawning also signifies that the animal is mad at you!
- The largest species of monkeys is the Mandrill. Most people mistake it to be an ape because of its size (1 - 3ft).
- The smallest monkey in the world does not grow more than 5 - 6 inches. This species is known as the pygmy marmoset.
- One of the interesting facts about monkeys comes to my mind whenever I have a bad, nasty cold. Because then I say to myself 'Why weren't you a monkey?' Common cold may be a problem for us, but not for the monkeys. They never catch it, unlike gorillas and chimpanzees.
- One of the must-know fun facts about monkeys is about their table manners. They never eat the banana with the skin on. They always peel it!
- Monkeys belonging from the Old World family grow 32 teeth while those from the New World, 28.
- If you can hear a monkey howling from a distance of 3 miles and further away, then know that it is the howler monkey. The species is reputed to be the loudest animal on land and the largest of the New World monkeys.
- If I was a monkey, I would never go to South Asia, China, and Africa. Because here, the natives savor a dish that is made with monkey brains. Gross for us, but it is a delicacy out there!
- Monkeys like to stay clean and groomed. That is why, a monkey would have another one to take the job of a barber. The barber monkey gets paid in the form of bugs in the customer's coat.
- The spider monkey can hang on to a branch by using only the tip of its tail.
- If you see a monkey grinning or pulling its lip, then you better leave it alone. These are signs of aggression.
- One of the amazing monkey facts is associated with the snow monkeys, also known as Japanese macaques. These creatures can survive a cold of -10 degree Celsius.
- The Golden Lion Tamarin is a majestic animal bearing a striking orange mane. But one of the unfortunate facts about monkeys is that this very species is on the verge of getting wiped out from the face of the Earth.
- And as my last of the fun facts about monkeys, these creatures do not wait for spring time to get cozy with their mates. Most of them can breed at any time of the year.
all about Penguins
All penguins are birds. They all live south of the equator. They have wings, but they can't fly. They use their wings like flippers when they swim. They swim fast and spend most of their time in the water. They have heavy bones so they can go deep in the water. They have webbed feet to help them when they are swimming.
Seals are only an enemy to penguins when they are in the water. They are not an enemy to healthy adult penguins on land because they can't move as fast as penguins. In the water seals try to eat penguins because they have krill in their stomachs
There are 17 different types of penguins. Our computer program will tell you about 10 different types of penguins. Penguins are a food source for a number of marine mammals, especially leopard seals. These seals hide under ice flows and wait for their prey. Other marine mammal predators are sea lions and orcas.
The penguins aren't without protection though. Their white bellies blend with the snow and sunlight making it difficult for an underwater predator to see them.
Penguins are also eaten by a number of birds -- for example, the Australian sea eagle and the Skua. The penguins black backs blend against the dark ocean water, making it more difficult to spot them from above.
Penguins also have a number of on-land predators like ferrets, cats, snakes, lizards, foxes and rats. Most penguin babies have fluffy feathers

i love my parents
LOVE YOU MUMY AND DADY xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
You held me up when I was weak.
You hugged me close when tears I'd weep.
When things got hard, you pushed me through.
You always showed me you loved me true.
I know there were times I made you cry, and to this day,
I don't know why.
For without you, where would I be?
I am thankful God gave you to me.
Thanks Dad for you are one in a million and mum
